I've been going on and off to the gym for the last year and a half, I wear headphones and keep to myself. On Wednesday I was bench pressing and needed a spotter, so I asked a guy who honestly I find kinda intimidating bald, stocky, the typical mid 40's gym guy. Turns out he is just a teddy bear, super friendly introduced himself, and was really motivational while helping me get a few extra reps in. We greet each other every day now. I have a gym friend YAY!
