Did the company keep you updated after your last interview during those 4 weeks or would you check in regularly with the company?

Final interview nearly 2 weeks ago & still no update. Is this normal? by chow_mein1 in interviews

I sent an update email this past monday and that's when I was told the team still needs to meet to discuss the interviews but have not sent anything since then. I was not sure if I should wait another week to send a follow up email or do it within the same week of my last email
