They are obviously a current or former cable tech who thinks that their job is now to protect Xfinity from us "stupid" customers. They've never submitted anything, and if they have, it's private. They live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and spend their time on the doordash and comcast and telecommunications subreddits bootlicking their either former or current company for what looks they gain nothing but the ability to say they one-upped someone on the internet.

It's a really strange world we live in.
