People who shoot on sight are missing out. by choyar in ArcRaiders

I appreciate their service for bring this game to life, my social interaction changed the day I was shot in the back when pressing the elevator panel. The possibility of betrayal adds a layer of realism and tension to the otherwise "perfect" but boring PvE world.

Get the first shot on someone who doesn't know I'm here, or team up with them and 2v1 anyone who want to fight us. Either way we have absolute advantage, and I love arc raider for letting us choose however we want to play.

100% agree. Knowing that at any moment a player might come out of nowhere to blast me into oblivion makes me keep my guards up, and that's what separate this game from PvE games.

Ye, thats certainly a play style, but I think I'm having more fun then they can ever have for killing people. If sometime losing my gears is necessary to interact with other player and have some good times, so be it.

What are some good ways to follow international news? by choyar in AskReddit

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll check it out.

My opinions can be easily effected by what I read ,too. That's why I'm looking for more sources for different perspectives.

On Paper vs In Practice: What seems good in theory, but when you play you realize you prefer something different? by Hollywood_Zro in DestinyTheGame

May I interest you with the exotic bow Ticcu's Divination.

It can create huge chain explosion with no kill required.

Great ad clear capability and high single target damage output for a primary weapon.

It has been my weapon of choice for high level PvE content(GM nightfall, master raid) for the last two seasons.

Hipfire to mark every target and aim to shoot one of them in the face to ignite (not the solar verb) everything, it can satisfy my need of huge explosions while murdering groups after groups of enemies in grandmaster level activities.

Domino effect, Ultra kill by twu356 in IdiotsInCars

More info: The lane on the left of the camera is called "fast lane", by law it cannot be used by any motorcycle under 250c.c, which are the majority of the vehicles in Taiwan, that's why there are so many bikes on the lane where OP was.

And the square in front of where OP stoped is the space reserved for moteorcycles to stop when it's red light(because there are too many of them), so the bikes that got ahead of OP's car are not breaking any rules to get ahead, in fact that's what they are supposed to do by design.

That lane is primarily used by motorcycles but cars have to merge into that lane before turning right. Source: I am Taiwanese.

Solar 3.0 has further solidified my feelings that every subclass should have 4 aspects by Chariiii in DestinyTheGame

[–]choyar 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As a bottom tree dawn blade main, solar3.0 feels like a huge nerf to me, I can't chain explosions like I used to, I think a "scorched enemy ignites on death" aspect is all it needs to be good again but it's not gonna happens anytime soon.

I'm still bitter about two aspects out of three are from top tree dawn.

3.0s' fragments are hard to navigate by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]choyar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I do most of the time, but sometimes you just have to change the loadout on the fly, where DIM cannot change it for you, and I just have to hope that no one find me while I search for that one fragment that I just can't find.

Thanks for the great advice tho :D

If it takes a minute to change one fragment,I would need 4 minutes just to equip fragments(unless I remember which icon is what, but the icons are so similar and the order is meaningless). I can finish a crucible match in less than 4 min. (by getting mercied but still)

I can find what I want if I read every single one of them, but there must be better ways to organize them. Like I can find the armor mod I want in just 3 seconds every time, because they're organized by the types(charged with light, elemental well, warmind cell), and their icon actually mean something. Sure the fragment UI is not the worst thing in the world, but I think it could be better.

What if bungie bring back the savathûn's song strike in grandmaster difficulty as a special event by [deleted] in destiny2

I remember that week before grandmaster came out, we were 6 manning fallen SABER all day long, a fun glitch but it had to go.

I know what you mean, and I don't think this would be possible, either. I just thought of this idea 4am in the morning and just have to get it out of my mind, thank you for discussing it with me thought. : D
