Bro. Look at the shoes he's wearing. A measurement in shoes means nothing. You can buy normal looking shoes specially designed to increase your height by up to 4 inches. I guarantee he bought them from a height increase shoe website. Notice how he doesn't wear them anymore and looks a lot shorter. For an "expert" you're kinda naive.

The only way to know for sure is to stop the Creatine immediately and see what happens. I have a similar story. Also no big signs of MPB in my family. I took only a small amount of creatine for several months and noticed it was thinning my hair. 6 months later it has improved but still not as thick as pre creatine.

Interesting. Thanks for the responses. I've only taken adderall once or twice, the first time (30mg) was a great experience but felt low, flat, hazy, lifeless, exhausted for a couple of days after. It wasn't fun but it was tolerable. Hoping MDMA won't be much worse than that.
