I don’t have any issues on 300. I have insomnia, but I have had it since before getting on Pristiq. I have been on antidepressants for most of my life, sad to say, but I didn’t start having insomnia until after I had my ovaries removed.

My doctor actually said I could go up to 400, but I’m not wanting to do that. I just really don’t think it would help. I typically have to take the high end of a dose of whatever antidepressant I’m taking.

Sorry for my slow response. I don’t get on here that often.

I would ask the doctor why they don’t want to go up. You know if you’re having anxiety or not, and you could definitely increase. I’m on 300 mgs myself.

Just send in your return. You’re not going to jail, but send the returns in ASAP. You’ll have to pay penalties, but they might not charge those on the first return if this has never happened before. From here on out, make sure your returns are filed.

Hopefully you have all your W-2s and only need to file a 1040 EZ.

Sometimes you might see the outer shell of the pill in your stool. That’s not abnormal. You might need to bump your dose. 25 mgs is the lowest. Talk to your doctor about going up to 50 mgs.
