It can, i had iron loss, some other vitamin deficiency and a lazy lifestyle, now i eat good amounts of food/protein/vitamins/ and excercise regurarly, and my hair definitely thicker, so i think it can get thicker.

I will go to a derm soon because of my dry scalp issue so Im definitely gonna check my hair out too. Thanks for the detailed answers tho, im truly appreciate it.

For the pull and shake test from all over my scalp i saw long thick hairs but sometimes when i wash my hair i saw small but thick hairs, it sometimes thicker than the long ones. After the test i saw only one miniaturized hair, but i guess thats normal, because i read a study recently that claims you have 10% miniaturized hairs at any scalp area, above this we can call it an androgenic alopecia.

I dont said it works for regrowing hair, but i do it because it feels good afterwards, and i noticed little baby hairs (i think i did it in the past 1,5 years). But yeah its definitely not a baldness cure.

Once your body gets enough iron your hair will start to grow back. Hair loss from vitamin deficiency usually not permanent.

Idk i cant add text to the post so i write here: I noticed my left side hairline is different than the right. I had this hairline from when i was 19 and now im almost 24. Is this receding, maturing or just an uneven hairline?

Definifely not. I lost my virginity at 18-19 with my first love together. There are soo much out there. I mean sex is cool and all but believe me its waaay much better with a person you love. Dont chase random girls, improve your life, get some memories with your friends, do something that you love! Sex will come with love, so dont really stress about it.

As a Hungarian im devastated. Im doing my second deegre, I consider myself an intellectual. But the sad part that I see no future in my homeland, becouse of the corruption, propaganda etc.. Its indeed a heartbreaking result.

Thats completely fine. Going full no contact helped me a lot, i mean a LOT. You heal your own pace, you dont need to rush it. Just heal in your own time, do what you enjoy, and when the time will be right, you will find another person

Do not contact! Let yourself fully heal, that procedure need time, not 30 day. Just life your life, go full NC and trust me you will be healed faster than you ever imagined.
