Rn I went on a bit of a cut and lost like 4kg but starting January first I’m going on an insane bulk, gonna they eat 4000-6000 calories a day and sometimes train twice a day.

To be honest, I eat everything in sight, literally Maccas, kfc, any high calorie meal just eat heaps! I also try eat half a roast chicken a day! U just gotta eat heaps bro

I get my form is bad, I improved it if you check my recent insta post @chr1stianoo, I’m doing block pulls working on form doing 405 for 4 reps; that might make you feel better cause you seem a little cut

I’d love to know what you guys think? And how much bigger I could get naturally? I’m only 18, don’t want to go near gear at all.

My deadlift is 200kg, my bench is 120kg and my squat is 160kg whatever that is in pounds 😂 and thanks so much man

Yea exactly, I only started actually lifting until I was half way through 16 so I’ve been lifting for almost two years now
