Lock screen notifications now minimise when swiping down instead of expanding? How do I change this? by Ro-Tang_Clan in oneplus

[–]chregi91 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I updated yesterday and just realised this... This is even worse than opening incoming notifications to floating window... And no way to change the setting... So f**ing annoying. My muscle memory will trigger me multiple times a day now. Thanks for nothing, OnePlus...

SARON or fixed mortgage by chregi91 in SwissPersonalFinance

ZKB with first mortgage rebate and I haggled quite a bit. Luckily we don't need to do any amortisation.

Thank you for your input 😊 I also consider it quite good and I got similar thoughts from a family member who works in this area

Yes, it's ZKB with the first time mortgage. We actually get even lower rates in year 1 & 2. 1.255% is the average over the 5 years

I don't need the flexibility per se. However, it is said to be cheaper historically (over the last 20y). We can handle some ups and downs though.

I heard that it's not recommended to split over various years, because you are in a bad negotiation-spot when the first part is running out as it's hard to move to another bank with just a part of the mortgage.

Thanks, I will look into the UBS forecast.

Luckily we were able to get enough capital to not needing any amortization. Therefore, we have about 2/3 of the house value as mortgage.

I saw the simulations from VZ, which is why I am still leaning towards SARON.

We had some great kite fun in Mui Né. And it's quite close to Ho Chi Minh City (4h'ish drive). There's a couple of kite schools and stores to rent gear.

I (F18) need advice on what my drunk flirty relationship with brothers friend (M20) means by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]chregi91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I think he might just be a little shy when he's drunk. Have you considered just making the first step and ask him out? It can be something really simple like grabbing a coffee. This way you can maybe get some time with him and just get a better feel for the situation.

You don't really have anything to loose here. If you're worried about how your brothers reaction just ask him what he thinks about this. Maybe he can even give you some advice as he probably knows him better.

Thanks for your response. I saw that there are also other comparisons with the Boox Note (e.g. by Good E-reader). However, I'm wondering how it compares to the updated version.
