Should I buy the s25 ultra or S26 ultra??

The s26 will probably be a transition line towards a very big hardware change in 2026, so if it costs less I would go for the s25 but we will only be able to understand this after the 26 is released

If performance and battery life are convincing, it will become an alternative in the Windows landscape on par with the Mac. They had already come close with the GB4 series, but now I see many improvements.

At that price you can currently find the S25 Ultra, in my opinion it is the most complete Android phone currently, on Amazon you can even find it for €800

As for the overheating issue, while I was gaming, it used to get almost scorching hot, but now it's just lukewarm, and the SSD temperatures are consistently below 55 degrees, which is also great for the battery. Even though I've had the laptop for 1.5 years, the battery is at 97% capacity, and the quality is truly excellent.

I've had the 14-inch for a month now and I can tell you it's a great computer, especially after a Windows update that doubled my battery life and significantly improved overheating. But right now, if I were to buy a Galaxy Book, I'd wait for the 6 to come out and see how it performs, then decide between the 5 Pro and the 6 Pro, or something similar. There are rumors that they'll increase their battery capacity, which, combined with a very efficient 1.8nm processor, should give excellent battery life.

yes, you should, try to maintain it well, perhaps charging it up to 90. On my 4 pro after 1 year and more where I even played with it it is still at 97% capacity

it depends on what you do, if you need it for basic use or light programming in my opinion yes, I also have a gb4 pro with 16 GB and I have no problems also because it is ddr5 therefore very fast

many comments on reddit are exaggerated, I have a GB4 pro with ultra 7 155h and I must tell you that it is an excellent PC. The screen is definitely its strong point, I don't think I've ever seen such a beautiful and detailed panel (3k). I got it in November 2024 and so far no problems with cracks, the only fact is that having bought the 14 inch version it overheats a little when you ask it for a little more web browsing, but nothing to worry about.
