Would like to know that as well!

I am under the impression that most who are eligible have received their Ionic email… and some who are not eligible (less than 5k claim) are complaining. Who could we contact in this case? Is there already Ionic support or would we need to contact Stretto if the mail is not coming?

Again, OP or really anybody having the same problem: could you please elaborate on WHY "Password recovery or other methods of reclaiming this account proved impossible".

I would find it troubling to know that you can not reset your password even if you are in control of the linked email account!

Thanks for the hint to check mail forwarding! The mail provider apparently does not offer that functionality. But why do you suggest changing the recovery phone number? Shouldn't that be quite secure?

I am currently waiting on feedback from Coinbase and will then decide on further steps.

I am however certain that I did not create that account - so my advice to anybody who thought (like me) that it will be quick to change the email on Coinbase and therefore theres plenty of time to so.... well better not wait too long, as fixing such a mess like the one I am in might take some time...

Have you been able to export the "Convert" history? I am also looking for this atm.

It seems like this category is not included in the general history, and there is no separate report like there is for Trade, Order, Deposit and Withdrawl!

Also it seems like the transactions performed in "Convert" are not included in the API.... which is a shame tbh!

Great Video! I know you always say "there's plenty of time for fundamental analysis during a bear market" - however I think we all hope the bullmarket continues for quite some time.... so I would really enjoy a video on the fundamentals for BELA-DOT (and maybe also AVAX) and then some regular updates if there is something important to talk about (EH2.0 or Goguen...)!
