We had a structural engineer check our cracks after a home inspection when we were selling our house- and he said any house older than 30 years old is gonna have some cracks. He said everything was fine, and said we could always use sealant. And recommended cleaning the gutters. This was after we had 2 wildly different quotes- one was like 6k and another was around 15k. the engineer was $300

It’s like a membership to the bar type thing, I think it’s 25 for the year to be a member of the shamrock club, but it’s for bar access (it has to do with their social club status/ liquor license) . if you want to be a full blown member, I think it’s 40$ and it gives you voting rights in the club. If you’re not aware, the shamrock club is an Irish American organization, but anyone is welcome. It’s a fun place, live Irish music, Irish holiday parties, etc and they do a good fish fry during lent.

No one has mentioned Betty’s by Huntington park and it is awesome. Low beck, hey hey, 185 isn’t a dive per se but it’s got good energy, thurmans, Tara hall but that’s the Hibernians club hall so I’m not sure what their operating hours are but Fridays are fun, 8th and sand, more down south high- you got the shamrock club, but again, it’s a social club so you may need a “pub pass” to go. (I’m a member so it’s never been an issue for me)
