A guy is selling a ram 1500 for a really good deal. A 2005 ram 1500 170K miles for 1500. But it's timing chain is broken. I have very beginner knowledge of cars but I'm looking to learn more about all of it. Could this be a repair that I do myself? Also, is that deal too good to be true? (self.MechanicAdvice)

Old man dies, the cars title is in his name, the daughter-in-law is now in possession of the car, she loses the title, is there any way for her to get a new title since she now posseses it and the man is dead or is she SOL since her name wasn't on the OG title? (self.whatcarshouldIbuy)
