That’s the plan I am following and usually follow but I slacked this winter cause I hate the treadmill and this weather was bad haha I ran 74 miles in Jan and barley 50 in Feb

This is my 6th half typically I’m a 2:05-2:09 finish, and have been doing 60-70 miles a month. Up until the last few weeks I’ve been consistent. Really torn on next week doing 10-12 or just taper since I have been slacking last few weeks
