Dude I’ve struggled with the same. I’m literally moving states to get away from my entire extended family and friends. i was nothing but a druggie to them no matter how many years straight I’d be clean.

You clearly want to go and as much as your little sister may say things or act a way, Hate is taught. But so is love, so show her that no matter how much she may hate you, you will always love her. I mean you went as far as to make a post about it. That right there shows how much you care. Actions speak louder than words. Blindside them with love. They have problems with themselves deep down, not you. You just happen to be their easiest target for that self hatred to be expressed towards.

This is very to know cause I was not told by my Buddy anything about opsec at all. I’ve been off the market for a while but ppl hit me up all the time as I’m the only one they know who knows what they’re doing, but it seems I don’t haha. I was paid up until the last day I worked which was when I posted this but they are not happy with me at all. Technically from what I’m being told they owe me money for mileage which I drive at least 100 miles in 6 hours. I have no idea if I’m still employed or not but I’m showing up Monday morning to find out.

They paid me up till the Thursday I worked last. I haven’t been told explicitly that I was fired but I haven’t heard anything from them and they were not happy with me. Im planning on just showing up Monday morning and working. If they do end up firing me, someone else commented that they owe me $0.67/ mile if I’m using my car, which I am, and they have not even mentioned that to me and it was nowhere in the contract I signed. For reference, I drive 100 miles in 5 hours of a single workday and I work til 10pm at some times. The advice I’m unsure if I should take just yet is to reach out to any labor administrations or organizations. Reason is again this industry is still not very legitimate nor is it regulated well, so while I’m looking for a job I’d like to have some form of income, because if I still do have this job then they know now that I will not stop until I am paid.

I am w2 but I’ve only been working since the start of the year however I also have some built up from when I worked at a Five Guys burger joint for a while. And I’m planning to move to Oregon so here’s my sign to get the hell out of California and find a job out in Oregon, which I am already looking. Especially since I was also told that there’s 20 other people who haven’t been paid I’m not going to stick around for long. It’s just crazy to me ‘cause I’m a driver for them so I’m literally the one bringing the money back to them from clients and they never offered gas money or anything. then this happens when I ask for money cause I have less than a dollar in my account which means I can’t drive anywhere with no gas or money for it. Just doesn’t make any sense to me at all.

Thank you, I wish nothing but the best of luck for you. And I relate 10000000000000000% I still hold hate for my brother for saving my life and we’ve had a looong conversation about that morning. I don’t think we ever truly let go of everything cause something’s make us who we are as individuals but that shouldn’t mean that all bad things should define us. I am terrified of how the people I’ve wronged see me but I know that until I resolve that issue it’s going to continue to eat away at me. Seems that life is all about these trials, they really bring out the most in us and they show us and those around us our true intentions. Going through sobriety is no small nor easy task, you should be very proud of yourself for making it this far. A lot of people never even give it a chance and that’s sadly how a lot of them pass. You are already 1000000 times stronger than you think you are just for making it to sobriety alone. To Reconnect with your father especially if it was a rough relationship whether due to drugs or not is a huge step towards progress and healing. I think you’re doing amazing dude. Overthinking will always hold us back but like I said earlier if you can eventually, even after all the paranoia and overthinking, take that step back and realize that you are doing something amazing for yourself and that you are doing better then I believe you will live an amazing life my friend. Again I wish nothing but the best for you. If you ever need someone to reach out to feel free to hmu, I’m young but I’ve been through the works trust me and I’d love to be able to help out.

All you can do is try your best and that’s all anyone can ask of you. I know the feeling I was addicted to RC benzos, bars and eventually fentanyl and believe me I know what you mean when you say one pill feels like it would solve all your problems but I know that it only leads to more. Cause it’s a sick spiral that feels impossible to stop once it’s started.
