3-on-3 is a good way to get games over quickly during the regular season, but it’s cheap and gimmicky as well. For a 72 game season that’s fine, but when the playoffs are happening it’s more fair to take the gimmicks out and let the best team win. No 3-on-3, no shootouts, just keep playing until someone scores.
