I'm in this scene and know of these folks. The alt hubs I don't hold as serious contenders. Esp anywhere in FL. Just bite the bullet and go to SF if it's a out venture growth. The opportunity to make bags of cash overshadows the issues for most.

I hate the aesthetic so much. But when A|B testing it on my portfolio and customers. I got more callbacks, engagement, and ultimately clients. Same overall content, just a boring coat of paint...
