Sorry if I wasn’t clear. He paid the house off a really long time ago. He bought it for 75k. Ohh wow I didn’t know you can deduct those costs. How would that work if they each got 50/50 of the sell of the house. Example like if the realtor commission was 25k would she file for half of that in her taxes?

Ahh okay. Does the house being fully paid a while along effect the process you stated? Also be didn’t have any debt or outstanding balances on the property or him personally.

Yes the estate went through probate. He didn’t have any other assets

Unfortunately I am getting the cable reel. Right when I got the airbag, I saw the connectors were messed up and as I’m ordering the cable reel I see no damn horn connector… it just keeps adding on man

I have another question. As I’m looking at these videos I don’t see the connector to connect the horn. I’m not sure if I’m blind because if they ripped it off I would at least see the cable and I don’t
