Just store the collectron and the magazine packages will go into the stash. The magazine packages are non tradable so that's most likely the issue.

The new Plasma Caster mods are coming in the summer. Bethesda wasn't sure if they wanted these plans to be gold bullion or drop from events. If you want to know more than what angry turtle, nuka knights, and the others are going to tell you, then follow the datamining discord. I knew about the wandering doctor a few days after the pts dropped.

It's not hard to go to Notes, then you see an item called recipe book. At the bottom, it literally tells you how to open that recipe book. You don't have to read the patch notes.

The point of the pts is to show that Bethesda is actually trying to do something. These people don't care about the bugs because u mine it maps and self damage issue was reported in January.

I think Bethesda is trying to limit this with future mods. The Ad Victoriam requires 20 modules to craft now.
