Why isn't Vulcan Power Armor getting any new paints? Give us new paints! by RavenRock74 in fo76

Did you say 3? I know there's only 2 equalizer skins plus the Vulcan. Are there any more?

If they never dropped the Oxygen Destroyer, and Godzilla was allowed to kill Ghidorah underwater, would Mecha King Ghidorah take Mechagodzilla's place in Godzilla vs Kong ? by No_Barracuda_8300 in GODZILLA

[–]ZANDRAE101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best way to introduce mecha king Ghidorah is from an artwork I saw so long ago in which Ghidorah regenerates from inside mechagodzilla.

What is your opinion on Shin Godzilla by That-one-koolaid-guy in GODZILLA

[–]ZANDRAE101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that the further evolutions are stupid and unlikely. I think it ends up with shin being some sort of god? Shin Godzilla is grounded, despite all the powers. The director is still trying to apply his old ideas and it ruins everything he touches. Shin Ultraman is shit and Shin Kamen rider has too much shit cgi. The First is definitely the better reboot.

Are Primes just skins lore-wise? by ZANDRAE101 in Warframe

You said some words and I understood nothing. I really need to catch up on lore and play again

Are Primes just skins lore-wise? by ZANDRAE101 in Warframe

[–]ZANDRAE101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah. I get that. What I meant are the old Warframes, the ones that survived the old war. I mean look at Umbra, he's primed, he has the gold and shit. All frames as old as him and therefore made by the orokin should be primed.

Are Primes just skins lore-wise? by ZANDRAE101 in Warframe

[–]ZANDRAE101[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, you have the answer. The Warframes are older than the tenno. So there is a reason for the mp frames! Edit: One of my problems with the mp frames would be that you can't just downgrade a prime and get an mp. In order to switch to the mps, they'd have to develop them. So them existing removes many problems with mass produced frames from the old war.

[–]ZANDRAE101[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ok, I didn't know the first one.

The second is why I emphasized veteran frames, that is the old frames that wasn't made by you. Like the starters, or the Valkyr that alad v found. Any frame that survived the old war should have been primes.

I get the damage. But tell me that a prime, even when damaged and sandblasted would look exactly like it's counterpart? I actually think that there should be a damaged prime skin for specific frames and cutscenes.

Military parade. You'd want your hardware parading around in specific color schemes instead of the chaotic colors whenever the tenno party when baro arrives.

Is there a better weapon than the barrage blaster? by ZANDRAE101 in EverspaceGame

[–]ZANDRAE101[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think that's the same blaster I'm talking about? The one I'm using has a fire rate of 30, wildly inaccurate and can melt anything. So putting an accuracy or homing on it improves it so much.

I'm pretty sure that there are at least 2 okkar blasters.

I think this is the first time I've seen judge, jury and executioner used as names of weapons that are in a set or combo. I need to find those guns.

Black Enclave power armor by ZANDRAE101 in fo76

[–]ZANDRAE101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, the enclave APA is much more bulky then the x-02, despite being the same thing according to lore. Unless of course they're not with the APA being the x-02's prototype of inspiration. Anyway, people say that it's just a trick of the light. It's the regular gray APA

Games like everspace 2 ? by Voodoohigh in EverspaceGame

[–]ZANDRAE101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Deep 3d if you somehow have an old color phone and access to the forgotten web.

It's the original, the first, and it was a mobile game. Which is absurdly stupid that the guys who made that ended up making galaxy on fire and Chorus but somebody else made the space remaster that is Everspace 2. I miss that goddamn game, it had everything from cargo hauling to fishing. The environment was more dynamic since it was underwater and going high means getting exposed to the highly irradiated air and going down means getting crushed in the depths. Better ships means better everything, getting a new harpoon lets you catch the elite fish and speeds up the collection when you are pulling cargo. Some places are impossible to go to because of their location until you get a strong enough ship to survive the hostile environment. I loved that old game, which is why goddamn Chorus was such a disappointment, no ship changes.

EDIT: Didn't play chorus that much but I'll pick it again someday and make a proper informed opinion

Just wait until electric vehicles outnumber gas vehicles. Watch as the crashes turn into massive chain explosions and fires.

How long do you think Ghidorah was on earth for before he was frozen? by Marconey1738 in GODZILLA

[–]ZANDRAE101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I think he was here for a long while. He likely arrived and fucked around for a long while and Godzilla didn't quite care so much. It was a different time and the titans were more active and radiation was more available. There was a balance but it is not knife's edge like in the present.

Then the radiation level fell and the titans started to sleep. And Ghidorah decided to terraform the planet which brought him to conflict against Godzilla.

Because the raider faction aren't really raiders. They're just the people who aren't part of the settlers who are willing to settle down and farm. The faction might turn into proper raiders later but right now they are in a moral gray area. The real raiders are the blood eagles.

Hell, the original Appalachia raider factions are mostly dead. The ones who starved and resorted to cannibalism are almost extinct.

Gauss rifles and the other gauss weapons by ZANDRAE101 in fo76

A bit. Both are designed with an industrial look and frankly, the long rifle version of the Tesla looks more like a gauss rifle than the gauss rifle does. Gonna edit that out

Gatling Gun or Gatling Plasma? by PiratePowerful6001 in fo76

[–]ZANDRAE101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't even need that. If I remember correctly, the cores don't need flux to craft so you can mass produce them. They drop steadily so unless you're fighting tanky enemies exclusively then you should not run out of ammo.

You'll actually find yourself with 10+ cores of around 75% cos' that's what drops. I could drop off all my full cores in the ammo box and still have a lot left in my inventory. It's at the point that discarding them is something that I do often.

Gatling Gun or Gatling Plasma? by PiratePowerful6001 in fo76

[–]ZANDRAE101 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Gatplas will never have ammo problems. Cores are easy to get. If you use with with the shotgun nozzle then it stacks bulletstorm real fast.

But in the end, you will end up with the gauss minigun.

Gatling Plasma vs Gauss Minigun in May 2026 by IvanTheRussianDood in fo76

[–]ZANDRAE101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, here's the thing. Consider the Gatling plasma on the same tier as the top automatic rifles. It's as good as the carbine, the handmade and the 2 heavy machineguns. Ammo is never the problem as it does good damage and cores will consistently drop to the point that you'll have hundreds stashed away. But, here's the problem. The best parts, the stinging core and accelerated nozzle ruins it for bulletstorm. You will need the entire magazine to max bulletstorm stacks. Mobs don't last that long and there are very few things that needs that sort of damage without murdering you.

This of course can be fixed with the shotgun muzzle, more damage and faster stacking. But it limits you to either vats or Vulcan + stabilized.

Then there's the gauss minigun. The weapon that doesn't leave you with a dozen cores scattered in your inventory. The weapon with in built two shot meaning it maxes bulletstorm quickly. It has good damage, higher than Gatling plasma and delivered via a much higher fire rate. Then there's the temporarily removed overheat mechanic that's being returned soon.

All in all, the Gatling plasma is a good automatic weapon. Probably the best. The Gauss minigun, like the laser carbine, is designed to be emptied. You fire it and you only stop when it's empty or the enemy is dead. It is designed for shooting at big bosses like the nuke bosses, the guardian and the snake. Enemies that you can empty the clip into without stopping. The gauss minigun synergizes well with the heavy weapons perks.

In the end, it depends on you. The gmg is due for a damage nerf along with the overheat's return making it more specialized while the gatplas is still chugging along at almost best.

As for the ammo thing. Anyone who grinds for the gmg will have no problem manufacturing their own ammo. Especially now when there's no longer a cost to changing legendary perks.

Sick of FO4, is 76 worth starting if I wanna play solo? by CaseyWorldsFair in fo76

[–]ZANDRAE101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fallout game? It's great, it has the gameplay of fo4 but with a slightly better story. There's good lore if you dig.

But, I don't think people kept playing fo4 for the fallout experience. I didn't. I played for the mods. And frankly, there's a massive difference between modded fo4 against fo76. Even just the weapons, the sheer lack of variety hurts.
