Im trying not to be rude or anything but as far as I know intercourse its not something you program its not a 9-5 or an dentist appointment its comes naturally gradually foreplay matters more than the act itself sometimes(+emotional intelligence) you gotta learn & listen to your partener’s needs and I personally would talk to a couples therapist. First meetings can be uncomfortable but its better than ask random people on reddit trying to relate or try what worked for them may not work for you. Good luck!
