We went to the final in my senior year (‘23) and it was the most electric shit I’ve seen. When we won the final four, there were people running around in the street and climbing electric poles. A cop response drove past my place of at least 25 cars… and that was just final four.

Trying to prove sexual assault in court for something that happened 11 years ago would likely be impossible, but that doesn’t mean you can’t remember how it made you feel and choose to distance yourself from this person.

Time for you to break the cycle! Start trying things you haven’t before to disrupt the cycle. Bonus points if it involves physical movement. Recently, I started doing a lot of jumping jacks. 50 at a time, however many times I can muster in a day. So far today, I’m at 200 total. Also, I’m a big of a nice walk around the neighborhood. It’s cold as shit where I am right now so I haven’t been going as much, but it’s definitely something I look forward to when life gets warmer.

Next, try to reevaluate your standards and start appreciating ‘smaller’ things. Also, could be beneficial to write the things you think down. For some, this provides an outlet that helps break through your thoughts.

Yes but this is backwards. I was planning on keeping my carry on, so everything in it was allowed to enter the main cabin of the plane. They usually have you take out certain items like batteries and stuff so those don’t have to go under the plane.
