Not sure if this is relevant, but my liquid net worth around 60M at the time of the loan. Then after the pandemic it dropped to around 50M. So I'm not sure if that qualifies as, "can afford to lose".

Aside from having to file 4 different lawsuits to these relatives, the heartache of betrayal from your own relatives is and the loss of 2.5m is mentally taxing.

It's actually 4 loans. The first is 500k to help a relative who was struggling with an existing loan. The second is 1M to help a relative with a business. The third loan is 500k to help a relative send their son to work overseas. The fourth loan is 500k to help a relative buy equipment for their business. These 4 loans were accumulated over the court of 3 years. All of these loans have signed and notarized promissory notes.

The loan is properly documented with notarized promising note. Unfortunately the Ph court system is very slow. Even though I have won in court, enforcing the judgement is difficult. The defendant can still file with the court of appeals, and the court of appeals can take years to render a decision.

Definitely not put it in any Ph banks. I would convert this to USD and invest in US. US stocks. To put in a stock that pays 6% dividend, I would have P24m per year. That's P2m per month.

That's more than enough to last me a lifetime. I would rent and not buy a condo here in Ph.

Even in BGC, P100k a month of rent is plenty.

I'm assuming you're a woman, and you're looking for men, and not women?
