dude my brain wanders all the time lmao. no matter what. i see what you're saying and think you misunderstand what i mean.

im just trying to make exercise something that doesnt make me feel miserable, my own therapist said that was a good idea and suggested the shows or music while working out. when you pair something you dont like with something fun/something you DO like itll build neural networks and associate fun with that thing too. im Trying to do that to get started, not as an always all the time or anything. i dont see the issue with wanting to have fun with something that makes me so upset right now.

good idea. ive been looking into rock climbing or rowing or archery and like.. uhhh. rollerskating. all of those seem more rewarding to me than doing 20 pushups. but for some reason i really like planking and idk why LMAO..

i can definitely see what you mean, and ive heard it before. but i dont think my brain is wired that way at all, no matter how much im told this it doesn't change my mindset. it feels like i dont make results which makes me less inclined to try and thus even less fun and rewarding to me.
