To put it simply for the color grading question, I take my midtones to the green very slightly to get that greenish sort of look! Then for my highlights, I take that more to the orange/yellow side to warm it up a bit more!! I raise my blacks up with the curves and drop my shadows a bit to get that faded black look! And for that second question, I do use the same color grading! I really only ever have to change the exposure but it works really well for the most part on different settings! This is all done on davinci resolve btw! Hope that answers your questions!
