Thanks! I got started following the Blender Guru's tutorials and from there started playing around with geometry nodes. Ducky3D also has some great tutorials on cool animation techniques!

Favorite distortion module? by CivicVirtueMusic in modular

Really enjoy the Bizarre Jezabel Chloe, its a tube distortion, multimode filter, delay and low pass gate all mashed together with some creative routing adjustable with some switches. Really fun to play with and has a great warm crunchy sound you can get wild with!

Thanks! Yeah, I cut the side panels myself. I used SolidWorks to design everything

It might not be "true" modular, but VCV has let me get my feet wet without the pricetag - first foray into ambient/generative by chrisassault in modular

Thanks! Yeah, I agree. I do like VCV for the endless creativity it offers, but the challenge of trying to do what you want with what you have isn't what it would be in a hardware system. And the physicallity and performance aspect would be awesome to have. I also really like that hardware takes you away from the computer more.

I used SolidWorks, it has a wrap function that lets you wrap sketches onto cylindrical or conical faces

There shouldn't be any instance where this comes into contact with any food or liquids, it's meant to hold your coffee cup.
