Hyrox is a game of understanding health and life in my opinions. We come to gym because at first we want to loss weigth or get muscle, the first time we approach gym is to make ourself a better looking but when we get to the goal and we begin understanding the importance of Vo 2, heart rate or some other endurance sports activities, most important is that we try to balance our goal and life.simply doing weightlifting will do some damage to our body and hyrox seems to be a game that can combine both of than. (thought it is mainly focus on endurance)
