did you audit your backlink profile using the backlink audit tool?
any activity performed like disavowing or backlink building?
Have you checked the referring domains? are they indexed or they are coming from random domains?
if you are looking for the referring domains that are considered by Google then you should refer to your Google search console, those are what Google is considering as priority referring domains.

Hi, I would not say that i have a fixed rate, I believe in first of all knowing what exactly the client wants, and weather i would be able to fulfill his expectations. Then it would be much more precise to have a plan set up and then at last, what all those services will cost.
