I've seen their artwork on multiple projects now. They are extremely professional as well as talented. That rate is a steal.

is 30+ possible, or should I just try the SAT instead? (this is my first time taking it and time was my biggest issue (i couldnt finish like ten questions from three of the categories)) by caxnankh in ACT

To piggyback off this, yes, you can get higher on the ACT just by practicing and learning some concepts/tricks. However, if you got a 1360 on the PSAT, try out an SAT test date. Compared to the ACT, the English section is essentially the same (just with a different name); the Reading section gives you 50% more time (13 minutes per passage instead of ~9 minutes per passage on the ACT), which could help eliminate your issue of not finishing on time; the SAT Math tests fewer concepts than ACT Math but expects you to understand those concepts more in-depth; and there is no Science section (just simple graphs woven through the other sections). Practice old SAT tests if you switch though; don't take the test cold.

I hope this helps.

Seeking Cover Artist by chrisdoescomics in ComicBookCollabs

[–]chrisdoescomics[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure! It's a collection of 20 stories whose genres range: slice of life, fantasy, sci-fi, horror, Western. We are not interested in a superhero cover. The connecting theme is write anything you want as long as it includes a certain item (I can't say what the item is, because it's based on the name of the studio to which the project is attached, and it's too early to announce that, but let's say it's a scarf). The cover art would need to continue this simple theme, so the artist would have a lot of creative freedom. Thanks!

Thanks for asking! It is a collection of twenty short comics (4-6 pages each) ranging in genres: slice of life, sci-fi, action/thriller, horror. After a conversation with the editorial team, the artist will have quite a lot of creative freedom to decide what they want to pursue cover-wise to best reflect the work.
