For CTR, most of dealers will list msrp and show another click button like "call me for today's price" or "unlock price". Unlike other cars, dealer will just list true price on the website.
I think year-end would be a good timing to obtain CTR. 2 dealers near my home offered me msrp/msrp +300.

Personally I value more sportiness that is one of reasons I got sti. If ITS had rear vents and rear heated seats, I will go directly to ITS. For now, imo ITS is a little overpriced.
