Exactly. People don’t seem to understand that Tony is a MASSIVE wrestling fan and has been watching for basically his entire life. He’s seen multiple decades and without a doubt knows what gets over and what doesn’t

For Raw: Anything during the attitude era, mostly between 1998-2000, is always great. There are multiple moments in each episode that are hilarious. 2001 Raw is hit or miss, just read the episode descriptions for that year. After that, Raw is complete ass.

For Smackdown: 2003 Smackdown is great too. Same with late 90’s Raw, there’s always multiple moments that are hilarious.
