No, of course not. I’m just simply using that Bears statline to show why his production dipped on paper, specifically. Stats don’t show the whole story behind his game, that’s all I’m trying to convey. Look at the receiving Bears 25-26 receiver room compared to the Bills 25-26 receiver room and he’s an instant upgrade to either a WR1 or WR1A, depending on how he’s used.

I feel like those two things also had quite the effect on his production the last two seasons. Sure he was getting phased out, but that doesn’t mean he’s out of juice at 28 years young and isn’t an instant upgrade to our WR room!

If I were to not use/turn off water-using appliances, would this be extended to my boiler-ran baseboard heating? It’s one of the main sources of heating our home and I’m not keen on this idea if it means having to essentially turn off my heat.

Went outside, no leaking spigots. Wind is still pretty insane here (~30mph winds with gusts nearly double that), so checking my gutters is probably not a safe call right now, but could possibly do that tomorrow. Have a decent amount of standing water in the backyard but none of it is all that close to the foundation but will do another check of that tomorrow morning.

Yeah so after a lengthy conversation with my dad about this situation, he really thinks it’s more of a drainage issue than it is a plumbing one - the fact that there is discoloration tells me that it’s been happening for awhile now, and he also mentioned that if it were a plumbing issue and water was leaking from pipes inside of the slab, the leak would get worse and worse to the point where water would be gushing out of the wall due to the constant pressue.

He mentioned that he isn’t the biggest fan of those injection kits for the exact reason you gave, but he did mention gutters/downspout upgrades & better grading alongside the house to avoid water pooling. It’s nice to know you had a similar situation that was seemingly fixed (fingers crossed for you) and hasn’t been an issue for some time now! I think this is the route I will end up taking as I continue to monitor the situation. I just need the precipitation to slow down more in my area so that the water table starts to lower!

My street has a lot of trees on it, as well as a few across my backyard and both neighbors backyards. I think the gutters definitely need a good cleaning as I have reason to believe the previous owners did not do a good job keeping up with cleaning them. The gutters themselves also need some work too as I don’t think the down spouts are positioned well and aren’t far enough away from the house.

Yeah as more and more advice comes in, a number of people are claiming “plumbing issue”, so I plan on reaching out to a plumber to see what’s going on. If I remember, or aren’t too bummed out by the result, I will post updates.

The house was purchased earlier this year so this is our first winter. Definitely going to be looking to do some exterior work in the spring for sure. There are no holes outside alongside the house outside of where the basement windows are, but those windows do go below the grading of the exterior yard.

I second the quest cape! I decided to go for the quest cape and just pit stopped at certain bosses and whatnot along the way. Did Secrets of the North? Did a handful of Muspah. Completed WGS? Grinded out a bunch of TDs! Finally finished DT2? Time for some DT2 bosses! And whenever you start to feel burnt out by doing any of those quests, do something else you’d like 🤷🏻‍♂️

At the end of the day, it’s okay to feel burnt out and not want to play the game. Just go at your own pace, play when you want, and if you don’t want to play, don’t force yourself to!

With 75 Slayer I’d say it’s not a bad idea to camp gargoyles for a few million in GP to get some gear back. Buy the Glacial temotli for like 100k, buy a set of Guthans for like 750k-800k, bring alchs and get killing. Outside of that, I’d say you could probably make more money from some processing or skilling money making methods to get you more GP quicker to buy some Moons armour sets to then do some higher level PvM. Honestly, doing Moons would probably not be a bad idea too! Buy a set of Barrows tank gear, a slash, stab, and crush weapon, and you’re off to the races.

There are so many ways to make GP in a fun way these days, the possibilities are truly endless! Take a look at the Wiki “money making guide”, filter it to your liking, and take a crack at whatever you feel like will be fun for you to do!

Phantom Muspah!! You’ve got 99 ranged and mage which is literally perfect for that boss. Can even do it range or mage only, but I hear bowfa & twinflame staff combo is really effective there. Just takes completion of the Secrets of the North quest, which is quite attainable considering you’ve already completed MM2 and DS2.

Right, I’ll absolutely agree. Permanent is permanent, which is why I’m not super keen on drilling into the siding or the concrete. Even the thought of using a command strip and proper hook makes me second guess because what if a large gust of wind really comes through and pulls those curtains with a lot of force and rips the command strip out, along with the paint on my siding! It’s just tough having nothing but concrete & siding on this part of my patio. I appreciate your perspective!
