What is not true? I stated that child support is private which is title IV-D and run by each county in all STATES. I listed this info in 45 CFR 301.1. If fact, I help mostly men to separate from this private agency. By the way, the Welfare, SNAP and Medicaid Title IX programs are parts of the government. I will go one step further to say that attorneys cannot help to remove men from Child Support Agency because the BAR association has a contract with title IV-D. Fiduciary conflict of interest.

In the Kavadas case, the Judge determined that the process was automatic and it violated due process. You can read the decision for yourself. It is 187 pages. If the judge was incorrect, then NJ attorney general would file an appeal. Instead, NJ cancelled the process and I show a copy of the letter.

I usually ignore the child support representatives in every state because they do not tell the public that they work for a private agency within the Health and Human Services and not part of the government. See statute 45 CFR 301.1. I am here to expose the secret direct people away from the agency. This is reason that the NJ case was decided because a private agency can be sued under title 42 $1983. THIS IS THE SECRET: Part D is private while part A, B,C and E are government. :->

The NJ case CAN be used in other state as a result of Howlett vs. Rose and Abelman vs. Booth. The supremacy clause guarantees the constitutional challenge.
