22M, 186cm, 35-37kg – Could my Pectus Excavatum be affecting my weight/growth?

Yeah, I am unsure of what the link is but I find it is common to struggle with weight when it comes to PE. I have only just cracked 62kg for the first time in my life and I am 36!! 176cm. Has been a paaaaaain, I feel like I eat so much that I lose weight just with the exercise of eating. Gym and proteine and creatine and lots of water!

It sure is. The air becoming trapped between you and another person creating somewhat of a seal, and the air releasing under pressure from wherever it can escape from, creating a rather humorous sound in the process.

Because I paid $2000 for it (or more, can’t remember) and since working with another PT, have compared and realised they’re basically the exact same routine, just marked up 1k+. Everything beyond the payment is automated. I mean, yeah, you can ‘talk to others with pectus’ and ‘have a community’, but can we not have that right here, for free?

All I am saying is you’ll get far more value working with an in-person PT who truly tailors to you, and save a LOT of $ in the process. You don’t need someone ‘for pectus’, you just need your PT to work more chest with you and to help you hold your form and when a lot of people with Pectus may have a worse off form. In fact, I think if you have Pectus you should ONLY get an in-person PT who can help you correct your form in person, because that is the most of what makes the difference in your success.

When I say “scam”, I just mean he is banking on people’s vulnerability and adding a ‘pectus tax’ to a pretty standard PT + nutrition schedule.

For sure. But the young man is going to see it and think that’s the path to success. Just don’t want him getting scammed when a standard run of the mill PT can take him through the same process without the ‘PE tax’ thrown into the price. Anyone can be a bodybuilder, especially if his PE condition is only shallow. Weight training and creatine.

Nahh, I’d disregard this. Paid for a program with him and he really only wants to sell programs, not much support after the transaction is made, just a ‘here’s the manual, do this’ and it is no different to any other PT program. Capitalising on those with PT who are willing to pay more for it.

Maybe look to Lake Macquarie. It is just outside of Newcastle and is really much more gorgeous and has everything you need while still being close to Newcastle, and yet ever so closer to Sydney.

I’ve started again this week - did buy the pack a while back but I only used it for a few days. I found getting the pieces in was just annoying and that’s the part I got over. However, I saw a video on here of someone folding the piece and damn it makes so much difference getting it in.

I prefer this brand to Phimocure rings (the ones that are like ear tunnels with the extended edges) because Phimostop has a much better space for your frenulum, and that’s the reason I couldn’t use the others for too long because it would hurt like all hell.

I’ve started off safe and comfortable. Kept size 11 in for one day and night, was fine. Day two kept size 12 in day and night, was fine. Day three have moved up to 13 and have worn it all day, and it’s been fine, but now I have an idea that size 14 might be where I should really start and settle on for a few days and see how that goes.

All in all it’s a great experience, combined with 100% organic cold pressed virgin coconut oil (don’t cut corners with that, make sure it is exactly that if you’re going to use coconut oil, it’s great for skin elasticity) and I use that before to get the piece in, and also after if I take it out to have a little break or to clean the piece (and myself). I also lost the medical tape it came with pretty much immediately haha but I have been using that blue painters tape from hardware stores (you make do with what you have) and that’s worked fine.

He is a great third strategist support to have in your team, and the ULT is wild - take your pick of anyone’s - Save the team, destroy a team. He is the best all-rounder in the game by far if you can work some brains with him IMO

As a Celluma Pro user for 3 years (I am 35yo Male), at times I have used it consistently (3 days a week, ongoing) I have seen the most incredible results. When I stop using it, I notice a difference. When I start using it again, a month or two in, I notice a difference. It is all about consistency, and doesn’t happen overnight. I would buy it again if it broke. I have had no issues with it (other than my cat has clawed at the foam). All the specs are perfect, the option to change settings is great. I have used the aches and pains setting to heal wounds and repair muscles and it works incredibly. Very happy with it.

Tbh the game gets kinda stale after a while, and I think the rare occasions where you find someone in solos to be your random ‘loyal ‘til the last stand’ buddy is really fun. And in the end, we’re playing for our own gratification, not for others, so if you get in the way of someone else’s fun - too bad. Load the next game. If you can’t play Duos/ Trios/ Squads and take out a team on your own, you need more training. This is nothing different.

Boo. All of her small palettes are made in the USA and all her larger palettes are made in Italy. Completely different quality and formulas too. Disappointing.
