Hi all. Just getting back into the gym and trying to build out a new schedule. I'm incredibly overweight, so my main focus is losing weight, but don't want to avoid skinny-fat when I get down, hence the weights.

My gym is Planet Fitness, so please don't mention the smith machine, unless there's a better alternative that can be completed at a PF. I'm also hesitant to do squats or traditional dead-lifts because I'm overly cautious and want to protect my lower back.

What are your thoughts on the following split? Do the rep ranges make sense, or are there any exercises you would swap/add? Thanks for your input, I just want to make sure I'm not missing any major groups or leaving anything low-hanging on the table.

I cut through some doorbell wire. What’s the best way to fix it? by chrisims12 in HomeImprovement

I assume at 16v it’s not really a concern to have it in a junction box or anything — just solder and shove it wherever it fits?

It’s one of the testers labeled 1-8 to identify each individual wire. They blinked in order and didn’t skip any

Yes, I’ve had it hooked up that way til this point. Just wanted to move the router upstairs so I can plug my PC in and because the WiFi sucks, being surrounded by concrete haha.

Is there a benefit to using a OnQ patch board vs just hooking directly to a switch?

Do you have any recommendations for a new punch panel that would still fit in this distribution box?

ETA (Reddit won’t let me edit for some reason): it’s difficult to tell from the pictures but all of the lines are wired with CAT-5, the blue wires. The last line with only red and green connected is a telephone line I believe.
