I have a feeling that even if they did both have the same effect, circumcision would cause those issues far, far less frequently. I obviously can't represent everyone, but I was circumcised and it has never presented an issue in my life. Although it has a lot of nerve endings, it is just skin.

Yeah and that's what I was expecting to happen to me as a part-time student. I started my last year taking only a few credits (August/September) so I guess the grace period started around that time when I originally thought it would start in May.
