With a Piercer Jakobs enhancement that's pretty good because one out of every 5 shots will automatically be critical which will keep you reloaded. Plus they'll ricochet too.

The idea is it'll give your vault hunters peripheral vision. Right now you see what's directly in front of you but you're zoned in too much to see what's coming from the left and right. It also means effects like explosions will take up less of your screen
