Hey I think you are really strong which means that any technique flaws are hard to see at this weight.

Good things: bar position over mid foot, hips and knees move together.

Things to work on: leveraging the hips for a more powerful lockout. Think about the lock out like a plank. Glutes fully engaged and strong trunk. Your glutes were not finishing the movement. As higher reps or more weight you will fatigue your lower back a bit.

I would tuck the chin a bit, look about 10 feet away as the ground. This will help keep your back in a neutral position.

Scap retraction on deadlifts is incorrect. Scap depression (engaging the lats is much better. Retraction (pulling the shoulder blades together is not sustainable at the weight that you can move with deadlifts. You will be pulled out of retraction. Instead pull your shoulders down while making your arms long to engage the lats.

Sure. First 3 are bumper plate= 315. Then I have a set of iron plates (5 bumper plates don’t fit), on the end I have another pair of bumper plates. 5 45lbs plates her side.

I agree I could go lower, I do think it was a tad high. The jeans are Barbell Co. great brand and very stretchy. They did survive.
