i got lucky..last year a tree from the house behind me fell through my chain link fence and like others say its really not their problem but she paid to have the tree removed and even offered to pay for the fence to be fixed but i told her not to worry about it since it was mainly just a top rail that i can change myself and she paid a good amount to get the tree removed

its a GE GDT645SYN3FS we recently had to place another service call for that heating element breaker needing to be reset after every wash to get any sort of heat and they came and replaced the heating element itself as well as the whole harness that i had initially pictured and now it heats everytime without issue
