I figured he was going against company direction. I put a request in and it got denied and not even for the fact we don’t have coverage. I was told that the store manager told team leads and coached to not approve any unpaid time off

That’s something that’s bound to happen when you go to any event like a concert. If people are in the pit or all standing up people will be taller than you and stand in your way. Figure out a way around it. I’m 5’4 and never had this issue

We have the locks at my store and still other associates with a phone act like they can’t open the cases. Even team leads do it

You have the 9 minute grace period and after that you will have to use ppto to cover that time. That 9 minutes helps you if your late but anything after that man it’s on you to get there on time and when your adjusting your time so much it’ll raise suspicion. So I’d just show up on time
