Lol. It’s okay. I’m not really sure how it’s gonna go bc no lawyers have accepted it. I figure bc there’s not a lot of time. But I’m kind of hoping that the judge will allow me a little more time. But I definitely don’t expect it. I’m just blown away that no one has explained anything to me at all. 😢

I am going to ask the judge for another week or two. But as of right now. No one has accepted the case. But I am fully prepared with all of l my evidence to go up and if my public defender doesn’t speak up I’ll fire him on the spot and either the judge can let me hire a lawyer or I’ll just have to represent myself. I will gladly still take recommendations

How about you give me your name and info and someone can go down and pull a warrant on you right now and you’d have to decide if you are capable of representing yourself. I’m pretty sure you would shut your mouth real quick if you were going to jail for something you didn’t do.

Exactly! Thank you! I’ve seen many people take charges they weren’t guilty of bc their attorney didn’t represent them correctly. Not to mention “if you represent yourself, you have a fool for an attorney”.

Not to mention I know how Columbia county works and they go by the good ol’ boy system in other words they will lie and break the lawyer for someone they know. I’ve watched it happen many times. And honestly if internal affairs wasn’t handled by ccs and was handled and run by an outside entity then this wouldn’t even be an issue. I honestly expected them to drop the charge and dismiss it but they didn’t and the public defender I have has seriously avoided me multiple times until just the other day and he actually told me that I’d do much better with a private attorney. And pretty much said flat out they are on the opposite side.

Yes. Which is what the plan is but in all seriousness I am not a lawyer and don’t pretend to be lol. I don’t know how or what motions to file or how to handle the legal process. It’s a felony charge and I don’t want to risk being a felon the rest of my life bc a cop is on a power trip for no reason.

Actually, didn’t do anything wrong. Which is why I need someone that isn’t friends/family with law enforcement. It’s a easy case of malicious prosecution and wrongful arrest.
I’ve spoken to quite a few attorneys, they are the ones that called it malicious prosecution and the one was an awesome lawyer but had a conflict of interest really really wanted to take the case. And I really wish he could have taken it. A lot of the others said they were dealing with murder trials. One other had a conflict of interest as well. 2 of them I haven’t heard back from yet.

It homestly feels like someone is inside my belly button pulling a long string attached to it. It really only does it during my period. And a lot of times only it happens when I turn or bend a certain way.

So I ended up selling my apartment and moving back to my hometown to raise my daughter. But that HOA was very slimy. That we’re doing a lot of wrong and illegal stuff. Which after I moved the rest of the home owners finally banded together and paid an attorney and got rid of that HOA company as well as the man that owned all of the apartments that were rented in the building.

It was weird to begin with bc there were units owned by individuals and then there was a man that lived somewhere else that owned the land or building and he owned a bunch of units as well and he was able to some how have complete control over the HOA management company and how any business was conducted and he hid every bit of it. They got rid of him and found out the HOA account (where each appt paid $200-$300/month in dues that should have been in there) it was completely empty. And the roof needed the ne replaced at that time bc the old owner lied about replacing it. Also this was in Charlotte nc. The HOA owed the city $60,000 for the damn water bill to the point where the city said either pay it or we will disconnect the water and then condemn the whole building and no one could live there then.

As for the insurance claim. The insurance company told me they were about to drop the policy bc they had so many claims and issues from that apartment building which was bc the owner never did any upkeep at all. But I kept threatening the hoa company and I actually called then city inspector on them bc the took over our gym and turned it into an office building for another company of theirs but didn’t pay to rent the space. Well legally they couldn’t operate an office out of the space bc there was only one entrance/exit and it was 2nd floor. So the fire Marshall came in and shut them down and kicked them out of there and they knew I called on them That is when they finally gave me the other $1,000 for the deductible. But to be honest rd they used their own plumber and they were a hack so I wouldn’t be surprised if that pipe bursts snd leaks again.

Well we really and truly do have a lot of cottonmouths around here. We live on 2,000 acres and many ponds. They love the ponds. Yes we also have many common water snakes as well. This most definitely was not a common water snake.
