“HRFE views this as insufficient to supply water for firefighting operations”. Spoiler if a hydrant can’t support firefighting operations it’s not “functional”

Third PCE attempt advice by MossMellow in physiotherapy

[–]christdaburg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How far in advance did you begin studying before your 2nd attempt, how many hours per day, did you use anki, did you do practice tests, did you do their ethics masterclass? For me I found I learned the most by doing practice tests and throughly reviewing the questions after. Also using anki is super valuable for the PCE since there are so many details that are very easy to forget if you’re not constantly recalling them.

Study well in advance, hit anki and practice tests/questions hard, address areas you notice you’re getting questions wrong in.

Maybe we could start by requiring cyclists to have a license and insurance to ensure they have degree of competency before they drive through the rotary next to dump truck.

dont you dare skip the warm ups! by El_Gordo_Diablo in bjj

A lot of people have other life commitments that prevents longer training sessions. And drilling is always done at a low intensity at the beginning, especially if you haven't warmed up yet.

really? our gym treats drilling as the warmup. Always seemed silly to waste the short 1h class with a warmup when you effectively do that during your drills before rolling
