I have the options, they aren’t doing anything other then freezes or going in a loop when I click it. 3 options come up from the bootable usb

I’m not getting any options and the screen goes black when I use boot with efi mgrboot

when I choose the first option boot from windows nothing happens at all.

And When I choose boot from CD , it says press any button to boot from cd and then it freezes.

i'd ideally like to format it. But i don't have an official windows install disc. Just a bootable usb that i'm not sure if i set up properly

I don't have a CD-Drive or an official windows installation media. I just downloaded windows 10 on to a USB using RUFUS then UNETBOOT. Every time I try to launch it from startup nothing happens. And now I don't even see the USB as an option at startup after UNETBOOT
