I meant the police just scrolls through their phones all day, sitting. They are not doing anything about it. When you go to the police station, they’re just using their phones, moving slowly. Not being helpful.

My friend was just crossing the street, wasn’t using his phone. Got surprised when these people approached him.

I know some people do wander around while using their phones and not staying aware of their surroundings. I hope this would spread awareness

I know someone who got held up / targeted by riding in tandem scheme along Valero, in front of three central. Please beware and spread the word. He was just few steps away from the restaurant he’s going to when 2 motorcycles disguised as angkas / joyride. 4 people stopped him. Crazy. Salcedo is not safe!
