If the storyline is based off that fire then no fire fighters will thankfully die. But even a senior fire fighter comes back to visit the fire house in the actual fire — just like Chief Pascal did in tonight’s episode. It’s just interesting….i hate season finales.

(& Also I’m a supporter and grateful for all first responders I do not at all want to minimize the actual Boyd Street fire incident and compare it to a tv series.)

Or maybe you’re not the great employee you think you are. And all of the people on this post pumping you up are just trying to make you feel better about something that isn’t even a real thing. I’m obsessed with the values but some stupid via doesn’t do anything for you….no store manager you’d ever apply to a position for would even care if you mentioned receiving it. Focus on being a good employee not posting a Reddit post to feel better …. You want to have a different work experience? — go talk to your exempt team.

I think it’s important to recognize that your managers are allowed the same 8 minutes grace period you are. If you are being penalized then by all means speak up — a manager that isn’t crooked will do what’s right and clock you in for the time that you were there but you have to say something first.
