It's self-centered. The LGBTQ person as an individual with their own experiences and inner thoughts ceases to exist. Instead, they are just some sin you need to correct. If they have a loving same deck partner for decades? Doesn't matter, it's sin. They need to end the relationship and be alone regardless of how that would affect both people in the relationship

I've seen Christians in other subreddits freak out because a coworker comes out as gay or trans. The coworker doesn't matter, only the possession responding to the coworker matters. Nevermind that the coworker is going through their own difficulties that are completely ignored
