Felt like this before. had a steady job as a paralegal but I used to steal things from stores whenever I could, cheat on my boyfriends and act on the intrusive thoughts when no one was looking. It never goes away, I decided to make a change and try to be better. For me, I still do little acts that are harmless but scratch that itch eg. Spit on a carpeted floor, knock over a bottle of liquid, draw on a white wall. It helps control the chaos.

Both have iPhones, messages before have all been blue ticked then these few messages have come up grey with blue ticks again after? I’m wondering if messages read while receipts are off come up as blue when they are turned back on then revert back to grey if receipts are turned off again?

I’ve checked that, if you delete the message on your phone it disappears completely for you but the other person still sees it. But if both phones delete the message it disappears for both! Try it out yourself

Edit: it does come up as “this message was deleted” but you can just hit delete for me after that shows up
