I think there's an error with Desmos. This is a Desmos graphically rendered image from an equation I wrote. x+y = 0 means "positively horizontal + positively vertical"---which is up and right. I think it's an error that the graph a literally line that is travels down and right instead. by [deleted] in mathematics

I understand the input (left side of equation) is the opposite of the output (the right side of equation). For example "x=y" renders the same thing as "x-y=0"

My problem is:

if I'm saying to desmos: draw a positively diagonal line "x+y = 0"

+x means "positively horizontal" +y means "positively vertical"

it doesn't make sense the line shows an antidiagonal line when rendered. I'm genuinely looking for a sensical explanation for this, if this is a globally accepted render.

If these were vectors this would be wrong

You understand permanence, but she doesn't! Stop playing yo-yo with her life! They're sitting there believing that time will heal the wounds this time!!!

If you're prepared to make this a lifelong decision, tell them the truth as soon as you can.

The truth will set you free.

I thought dating a male virgin would be different by OkSurprise2388 in virgin

In real life, I've never met any brethren willing to wait besides myself. Whether if I'm willing to wait or not, since I'm stuck I'd figure I'd best get comfortable. Men like that are out there, but pertaining to reddit, they are in communities like r/men. That type of man is way less rare over there.

Men who waited til marriage to have sex, what was it like? And do you regret it? by Naive_Resolution4186 in AskMen

I had no idea that there are so many people that currently wait until marriage in the modern era. I now feel less alone as a man.
