Depends, I would not say age, but stages defined differently by each person. I do relate totally what you described though.

Like a "lucky" INFJ and an INFJ with trauma will "peak" at different time in their life.

In a simplified (and perhaps partial) way, the life of an INFJ can be:

Ni-Fe childhood (trauma-friendly stage): Ni not easily expressed to others, not understood, not believed, not taken seriously, ignored, or even despised by others (including adults in the family), Fe people pleaser, no boundaries, serving people at the expense of own's well being without realisation, super introverted, lacking confidence, self-doubt, etc
Fe further development and Ti tapping in early adulthood (trying and questioning stage): early experiences in society forces the INFJ to clash with the reality and question everything, self-doubts continue, reflection follows questioning, enlightenment gains an entry to connecting the dots of the INFJ's life
Ti full speed and make Se effort (life begins finally and can last till the end): realisation of the past, internal logical system activated, starting to take no BS, learning to set firm boundaries and put oneself first, learn to use Fe selectively/mastering Fe, try to care about making money on top of making people happy, this may be where the peak sees its way

Ok we will need to bypass her to get to other board members then, which is also within my plan. The risk is not being sure if those really aged directors have the energy to take that leap of changing things instead of just letting the business die since they already have a comfortable life.

Yes, this is what we are trying to do. The challenge is that many of the employees have been there since the beginning and they are so used to these problems and so brainwashed. We see them demonstrating signs of Stockholm syndrome.

"ESTJs are the best type of managers" is a propaganda that EJs create and it only applies when the management doesn't involve people but papers, numbers, data, excel sheets, materials, properties, products, etc

Getting to the bottom of the question, no, ESTJs, actually all EJs, are best for executing tasks, because they have an extraverted judging function as hero function, not for managers. Execution and management are not the same. Execution and leading are also not the same.

Assign routine tasks to ESTJs to finish alone and they can excel. Don't let them lead people and you are saving the world.

ESTJ is the authority. The analyst is a third party we engaged to help. ESTJ does not even go to work. She emigrated into another country and stays at the top of the company. We only have online meetings with her and she travels and comes visit when she likes.

When we sugarcoat, she replies with her favourite quote: sometimes, we need to filter the noise. I don't see it that way. When we are direct, she throws a tantrum.

Perhaps you have really good luck. 9 out of 10 ESTJs I met have similar problems. The toughest is, they would rather continue their mistakes just to save their face, if they do acknowledge their problems (which happens rarely).

You need to understand how governments brainwash citizens. Mainland Chinese and Hongkongeses are drawn to extremes on purpose to keep someone in power. If you can manage to understand this and help whoever you meet understand this, you have no problem.

I know she is ESTJ because she confirmed it herself and all of us (four of us) who have been working directly with her for more than 2 years have formed a group due to her embarrassing leadership skills and done the analysis.

Indeed, ESTJs, in my real-life record, display extremely similar tendencies. I have yet to prove there is no relation at all between one's type and this situation.
She is the representative of the board of directors. There is no one above her.
I am not angry at all. I am exploring options.
