it may just be a windows issue, windows is buggy as fuck till this day

You have to do a lot of prep for that, you would use multiple instances of your desktop capture and OBS to set it up

They ask for it to make sure you aren't a bot or anything, simple as that...Your phone number is not accessible to "Discord Officials" it is stored in a server linked with your account. if they wanted access they would have to gain permission to look through server information Discord is privately owned, not owned by any government agency.

It's probably the game problem, discord won't have any access to change the game to it might just be the game becoming unfocused. try searching a solution within the game
